Dr Ernstrom has been involved with chiropractic and rehabilitative care for more than 20 years. He was first a chiropractic assistant to a couple of different offices in Utah while attending BYU. Before attending BYU, he went to Ricks College in Rexburg, ID where studied sports medicine. He transferred to BYU where he earned his BS degree in Exercise Science as well as spending time as a student athletic trainer. After BYU, Dr Ernstrom attended Logan University where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic, Master of Sport Science and Rehabilitation, and a BS in Life Sciences.

 

He started out as a DC in the St Louis, MO area in 2010. He has worked in multiple disciplinary groups, ran his own private practice, taught at Logan University and managed 6 offices for The Joint Chiropractic.

 

He has served his community through the local chambers of commerce, church service, municipal involvement and community protection initiatives during his time in the St Louis, MO area. He has been interviewed by television, radio and print media. His time has been full with giving back to the community that has given so much to him.

 

Dr Ernstrom began working for The Joint Chiropractic in the spring of 2021. He was hired to be the lead DC in a newly opened office in O'Fallon, MO. By that fall he was asked to help open another office in the Central West End of St Louis, MO. Shortly after that he was asked if he would be the Managing DC of a group of 6 offices.

 

During his time as Managing DC, he oversaw training of new hire DCs, previewed potential new hires, led monthly DC discussions about compliance and best practices, assisted in preceptor/intern program implementation, assisted the Managing WC with their duties and helped fill in wherever he was needed to keep operations going.

 

Dr Ernstrom is now the Chiropractic Regional Operations and Training Manager in The Greater Florida region as of the summer of 2023. He has been assisting the Regional Developer and Franchisees in their operations and training of their chiropractors.

 

He works alongside Shane Weber, Dr Jeremy Casagrande and Doug Munsie to help raise up all of The Joint Chiropractic groups within The Greater Florida region to be the best that they can be.

 

Dr Ernstrom is the proud parents of 3 boys, Zach, Brigg and Rock. His past times are spending time outdoors with his family, attending his children's events, going to the gym 6 days a week, conducting and singing in church choirs, collecting hawaiian shirts (he has over 50 of them and more to come), and smoking/bbqing meat on the grill.
